Every style requires a $50.00 deposit. This is only used to secure your appointment. All remaining balances must be paid in CASH ONLY. This is the only payment method I accept.
I understand things happen therefore, if you have to cancel your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance. There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee. No call No show appointments will result in your card being charged 100% of the service amount due to the inconvenience. Every client is limited to a one reschedule minimum. I can reschedule you to another available day/time. Any rescheduling made after the amount allowed will result in a cancellation. A new deposit and new appointment time will be necessary.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. A courtesy of 15 minutes is given however, any time longer will result in a $25.00 late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. You will have to pay another deposit and make a new appointment.
Appointment times are just an estimation as they may take more or less time than stated. Things may happen therefore, DO NOT book with me if you have other appointments, events to attend , and/or are in a rush. I prefer to take my time to ensure the desired look. Squeeze in appointments are always available for an extra fee. There are no kids allowed and no extra guests unless being serviced.
You must first book an appointment online. Once booked, send your confirmation to the contact number provided with the lengths you’d like. Your extensions will be put aside for your appointment. All remaining balances will be paid in full cash only at your arrival.
Must give 48 hours in advance for color services. (Black color is the only coloring service I provide).
